Refund Policy

Last updated: May 31, 2026

LinkEase provides payment links, checkout pages, and digital delivery tools. Sellers sell directly to buyers through LinkEase. Unless LinkEase specifically states otherwise, sellers are responsible for their products, services, refunds, cancellations, taxes, and customer support.

Creator responsibility

Creators are responsible for honoring their own refund, cancellation, and delivery policies, except where LinkEase platform policy overrides them.

Digital products

Digital downloads and digital products may be non-refundable after the buyer has accessed or downloaded the file, unless the creator's own policy or applicable law says otherwise.

Services and bookings

Services, sessions, and bookings may have their own cancellation and refund rules set by the creator. Review those terms before purchase.

Tips, donations, and support payments

Tips and support payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the creator's policy.

How to request a refund

Buyers should contact the creator directly first. If you cannot reach the creator or believe a transaction is fraudulent, contact LinkEase at support@linkease.io.

Disputes and fraud

LinkEase may review disputes and suspected fraud and take appropriate action, including reversing transactions or removing offers.

Premium link names

Refunds and disputes on premium LinkEase link-name purchases or renewals are handled under the Premium Link Terms. A refund or dispute on a premium link can move the related claim and payment into manual review while LinkEase investigates. Creator content (products, pages, files, orders, buyer access) remains intact during review.

Processor fees

Payment processor fees (for example Stripe) may not be refundable, even when the underlying payment is refunded.
